Whole Wheat Cheese Sticks

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (whole wheat flour, salt, panela powder, baking soda, eggs, melted coconut oil).
2. Knead the dough on a clean surface until it has a smooth texture, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into strips 2-3 cm (approximately 1 inch) wide.
4. Wrap pieces of mozzarella cheese with the dough strips and seal them well to form sticks.
5. Place the cheese sticks in the oven or air fryer preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
