Hace mil años tenia antojo de unas trufas bien melcochudas y chocolatudas, entonces me puse a experimentar y nacieron estas deliciass que cumplen todos los requerimientos 🤩.
1. In a bowl, mix together 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of panela, 2 tablespoons of almond butter, 1/2 cup of oat flour, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
2. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 7-8 minutes at 180°C. The goal is for them to remain gooey, so do not overcook.
3. Let the brownies cool down completely.
4. Once cooled, place the brownies into a food processor to 'destroy' them (you can also do this with a fork or your hands).
5. Use this mixture to form small balls with your hands. If the balls fall apart, it means they were baked too much; you can add 1 teaspoon of almond butter to help them bind.
6. You can serve them as is, or cover them with melted chocolate or cocoa powder for an extra treat.
