Fish Bowl

1. Prepare your rice according to package instructions.
2. For the fish: Cut one tilapia fillet into strips. Season the strips with a little paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the fish strips on both sides until done.
3. For the spicy mayonnaise: In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of sriracha, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
4. To assemble the bowl: Place the cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl. Arrange the lettuce, pearl tomatoes, avocado, pickled onions, and cooked fish strips on top of the rice. Drizzle generously with the spicy mayonnaise.
