Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine the 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/2 cup of milk, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour. Blend very well until smooth. Pour the mixture into a cast iron pan greased with a little butter (a cake pan can also be used). Place a handful of blueberries in the center of the batter. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F) until golden brown on top. It is very important not to open the oven during these 20 minutes to prevent the pancake from deflating.
