These donuts are super delicious, even if they didn't turn out perfectly pretty! coconut oil

½ tbsp coconut oil

baking soda

½ tsp baking soda

apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

coconut cream

1 tbsp coconut cream

maple syrup

1 tbsp maple syrup

cinnamon

½ tsp cinnamon

almond butter

1 tbsp almond butter

plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp plain greek yogurt

ginger powder

½ tsp ginger powder

salt

1 pinch salt

baking powder

½ tsp baking powder

egg

2 egg

whole grain oat flour

1 cup whole grain oat flour

Instructions

For the donuts:

In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients. Gradually incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the mixture into a donut pan greased with a little coconut oil. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.

For the glaze:

Mix all the glaze ingredients in a blender until smooth. Once the donuts are cooled, apply the glaze.
